I was introduced to the entertainment industry early on in life. Growing up, my dad hosted a weekly karaoke show and often brought me up on stage as a child to sing with him. As a teenager, I began working for his company performing at a variety of events - birthay parties, graduations, and formals - eventually working my way up to weddings. Since then, I have had the opportunity to perform at countless weddings as well as formal dances, black tie events, business conventions, and other corporate functions. Music has always been a passion of mine and it was always a dream of mine to someday own my own entertainment business.

When it comes to musical knoweldge, I am well-versed in most eneres and styles, even a few Latin styles of music from my time hosting Latin nights at a club in Wisconsin Dells. I really am comfortable with anything from 1950's to present. My personal playlist contains alot of 90s and 2000s pop and hiphop with a few classic rock and 90s country songs mixed in. My favorite artists of all time would be Lil Wayne, Eminem, Pink Floyd, Elton John, Tim McGraw, Usher, Michael Jackson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Bruno Mars.

My DJ style is not over-the-top, but rather focuses on the quality of music, song selections, and services being delivered. Although I do pride myself on my entertainment and capturing your guests' attention with my unique MC style, I prefer to keep the focus on you. I am not your cheesy/bad joke-fueled/awkward DJ, nor will I be interrupting your event at every other song. My job is to provide crisp and clear announcements, coordinate with important milestones within the event (e.g., a wedding toast), ensure smooth transitions, and focus on the crowd to ensure the right music is being played, at the right volume, at the right time.

Another passion of mine is lighting and special effects. I always strive to offer many options for special effects and lighting to add extra flare to your event. I continually educate myself on the newest trends, latest technology, and other unique ways to enhance your wedding and create unforgettable moments. I coordinate with your other event professionals not only the day of your wedding or event, but also beforehand to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible while still being prepared for any hiccups along the way.

It is my goal to make sure you feel confident in knowing that when you are booking with North Georgia Weddings and Events, you're not just booking someone with some speakers who plays music behind a table. You are booking with me personally, and I will be the one you work with from your consultation and first planning meetings all the way through the end of your wedding or event. You are booking a professional who knows what it truly takes to make your event a success, and is dedicated to making sure that it is.
