OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. SPONSOR

The Fender's Alley Music Bingo Progressive Jackpot Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Fender's Alley ("Sponsor").

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members may be restricted from participation at Sponsor's discretion.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participants may obtain Music Bingo cards through either of the following methods:

• Receive one (1) complimentary Music Bingo card with the purchase of any qualifying entrée or appetizer during a scheduled Music Bingo event.

• Obtain a free online Music Bingo card by visiting northgeorgiaweddingsandevents.com/music-bingo

Each Music Bingo card is valid for all four (4) rounds played during that event.

Additional cards may be purchased for $5.00 each. Purchasing additional cards does not increase the odds of winning the Progressive Jackpot because a free method of entry is always available.

1. REGULAR BINGO ROUNDS

The first three (3) rounds of each event are standard Music Bingo rounds. Prizes for these rounds shall be determined solely by Sponsor and may vary from event to event.

1. PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT ROUND

The fourth (4th) round of each event is the Progressive Jackpot Round.

The Progressive Jackpot began at $300 on June 3, 2026.

If not won, the jackpot will increase by $25 each week.

The jackpot round utilizes a 100-song playlist.

The number of songs called for a valid blackout jackpot win began at 50 songs and increases by two (2) songs each week that the jackpot remains unclaimed.

To win the Progressive Jackpot, a participant must achieve a complete blackout of all required spaces on their card within the designated number of songs announced for that week's event.

The first verified player to achieve a qualifying blackout shall be declared the winner.

1. TIES

If multiple participants achieve a qualifying blackout on the same song, the Progressive Jackpot shall be divided equally among all qualifying winners.

1. CONSOLATION PRIZE

If the Progressive Jackpot is not won during a given event, one (1) participant may be selected to receive a consolation prize. The type, value, and method of selection shall be determined solely by Sponsor and may vary from week to week.

1. CLAIMING PRIZES

Winning cards must be presented and verified by event staff immediately upon declaration of a winning bingo.

Failure to present a valid winning card may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to inspect and verify all winning cards before awarding any prize.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Fender's Alley, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

1. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's name, photograph, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

1. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
